Advanced Interpretation

We surface themes across scales and instruments around behavioral tendencies, reputational analysis, and personal drivers. We then explore these insights through the lens of particular roles, environments, and scenarios.

Investigative Interviewing

We rely on elicitation-based behavioral interviews. Using Six-Channel Analysis, we validate quantitative data (psychometric and/or performance metrics) and evaluate qualitative answers for credibility.
